 Spencer & Cyndy have done a whole list of conferences and manuals throughout the years from Warfare Weekends, Do The Daniel Thing, plus they have taught at many Bible Schools and ministered at churches across the country. Here is a list of just a few of the seminars that they do.
Leadership Training
One of the main thrusts of their ministry is Leadership Development. Leaders must learn to lead. Spencer & Cyndy have a great gift to encourage leaders and staff to help them see into a situation and determine the next steps towards their goal. Their giftings together can help a church to define their vision and purpose and to create ideas for growth.
Ideally they like to make a commitment to work with a church, teaching the Helps Department, and train Leadership Teams while giving ideas to improve communication, church structure and flow.
They are committed to Kingdom work and utilizing the gifts of the Holy Spirit to develop strategic plans together. They like to consult and give input and then let the Pastoral Leadership make the decision on which direction they want to take.

Youth & Youth Leaders conferences
Having been in Youth Ministry for over 30 years both on a local level and internationally they speak to youth and youth leaders doing conferences and youth groups both big and small. As directors, administrators and speakers at Youth Conventions, concerts and training seminar, they have the experience to help make your event shine. As Bible School instructors they have the tools to equip you to do more for the Kingdom of God.
As pastoral leaders, they have the sensitivity and insight to help make your team see the Big Picture and serve with passion.

Marriage Seminars
Spencer and Cyndy have been married 34 years and have done several Marriage Seminars for churches including a Marriage Seminar Cruise. Life is good when you have a great marriage. They have learned to work together, minister together, pray together and enjoy life to the fullest. They can teach you how to be blessed and be a blessing in and through your marriage relationship and how to release a new level of intimacy though understanding the love of God.

Prophetic Ministry
Due to the encouragement and blessings that the prophetic ministry has meant in Spencer and Cyndy’s lives personally they love operating in the prophetic. They teach prophetic workshops, do training on prophetic prayer and minister prophetically. They teach people how to take their prophetic words and do warfare with them to accomplish all that God has called them to do. Prophetic Words are given to encourage & confirm what God has already spoken to you and this training will show you how to incorporate these gifts into your ministry in a way that will build people up. God is releasing His spiritual gifts in a fresh way, and you can be ready to move with Him in your generation.
